On 23 March 2026, Ministry of Interior of the Royal Government of Cambodia issued a press release on the situation of displaced persons and impacts on civilian areas from 6:00 AM on 22 March to 6:00 AM on 23 March 2026.

The report indicates that an additional 38 displaced persons have returned home, bringing the total return rate to over 94%, while 36,282 people remain unable to return.
